What Could Nosebleed And Pain In The Head After Head Injury Indicate?
My son (who is 23months) Fell into toilet and split his forehead open 48hours ago. he was fine but is now crying and hitting.the top of his head saying "hurts" he also had small amounts of blood leak from one nostril...am i overly concerned about nothing?

Applying ice pack to nose will stop the bleeding. Analgesic like Ibuprofen will provide the much needed relief.
If you notice any of the signs , consult Pediatrician/Pediatric Surgeon at earliest
1. Excessive crying or excessive sleeping 2. Abnormal movements of the body which could be convulsion 3. Persistent Vomiting: 1 or 2 episode of vomiting is quite common in Pediatric Head injury and is not cause for concern. 4. Loss of consciousness
