General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. It is normal to have less to no tenderness at all in breast during periods and so are cramps, the only thing that matter is to get periods regularly every month with flow lasting less than 7 days. Delay in periods for few days can be due to factors like stress, hormonal imbalance, anemia, thyroid disorders, urinary tract infections and other reproductive pathologies. Go for few basic tests like complete blood test and thyroid profile.
Olfactory sensitivity that is sense of smell is heightened in some women during periods, ovulation and pregnancy. So there is nothing to worry, sensitivity to smell will subside on its own in a week or two. Good luck. Hope your concern is answered. Thank You.
