What Could Itchy And Smelly Patch Near The Anal Opening Indicate?

Hi Doctor, I have something small patch, i don t really know how i call it near in my anus opening. Sometimes felt very itchy, and can t control to scratched it that cause to bleed before. I noticed also had different odor. Hope u give some advise for this.

As per my clinical experience, there can be various possible issues presenting as itchy, smelly patch near anal opening.
@ Infected sebaceous cyst
@ Peri anal abscess in follicle
@ Inflammation in follicle eruption
@ Others
Till that time, sitz bath 2-3 times a day will provide excellent primary relief. Kindly consult your consultant surgeon for further assistance after clinical examination.
