I am an otherwise healthy 29 yr old female, am now on my period which seems heavier than normal, and have been having raging hormone inbalance even 3 days into my period. I have never been so crazy feeling with agression, extreme anxiety, on the brink of tears through out the day, heartburn. I have had abnormally itchy skin the past couple weeks, cold/hot flashes past couple weeks, muscle/joint pain, trouble concentrating, foggy head, cracking finger nails. I have had trouble sleeping the past few months, constantly dizzy when I lay and stand, constant gastrointentinal problems, frequent UTI's, and about 8lb weight gain this year. Could I be peri-menopausol or could there be something else going on?
