What Could Headache With Dizziness Suggest?

Woke up this morning with a headache and then later I was extremely lightheaded and drizzly for about an hour. So lightheaded that i couldn t focus or walk. Took about an hour for the dizziness to go away but still have a headache . . Any thoughts ans should I be concerned?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to hypoglycaemia or hypotension. You should check blood pressure and blood sugar levels in morning. If there is hypotension you should take more fluids and salt intake. If sugar is low you should have a proper dinner. This will help you to get rid off that. If these all fine then other conditions like sinusitis should be ruled out . Hope this may help you.
