What Could Extreme Tiredness Suggest?
hi i am 28 years old and most recently i ve been really tired. i started to take daily vitamins. i don t feel like any stress is effecting me but as soon as i awake, i still feel this tiredness and soon afterwards i am back in bed for a few hours... is there any medical reason for this? no family history of diabetics. Thanks for the advise.

Tiredness can be due to work stress, but can also be due to diseases like anemia, hypertension and diabetes. As you have not mentioned any other accompanying symptoms, i would recommend you to undergo a general physical examination and routine investigations like CBP, SUGARS, LFT and electrolytes along with blood pressure measurement.
