What Could Extra Skin Growth Inside The Vagina Suggest?

Hi,I'm pregnant in the 8th month and i recently noticed that there's an extra skin inside my vagina. I don't remember i've seen it before: it's white and hard and it hurts when i have sex with my husband. Is it normal? Is it serious? How can it be removed? Does it require a surgery?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely vaginal polyp. It is usually benign and harmless. It is better to have an examination with a gynecologist to rule out the condition. As it is causing discomfort it can be removed it surgically. But better to do it at time of delivery to be on safe side.It can be send to pathology after excision.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
