What Could Discharge Of Large Clots And Small Grey Lumps During Periods Indicate?

for about a week before my period I was feeling sick but no vomiting, when my period started it started a few days late, and I had bad cramping in my lower stomach and larg clots the size of 2pence coins and small grey tissue like lumps the size of a pee, I only saw about 3 of those and my blood flow is heavy but I m still feeling sick with bad pains, what could this be? Or what could this mean?

hi I did review your concern.
your problem can be termed as menorrhagia and it can be caused by variety of conditions like hormonal imbalance, fibroid, adenomyosis, chronic infection, thyroid illness, etc.
The best initial test would be pelvic examination by your gynecologist and also an ultrasound followed by blood test and thyroid test.
i hope this helps
wish you all the best.
