welcome to Health care magic.
1.It would have been better if you have mentioned the age, helps in proper recommendations.
2.Desc desiccation - generally disc contains water content within, when in get dried due to age, excessive usage (heavy work), will leads to dehydrate and its seen as black.
3.Annular tear means there will be a great in the margins of the disc. and the disc causing compression on the nerve root.
4.Schmorl nodes means, when there is a compression of the disc compressed in to the underlying vertebrae as pit - so called schmorl nodes. ( nothing harm in it)
5.You should be worried depending up on your symptoms - as these changes are seen in most of the individuals with age, Treatment start from simple exercise to operative / interventional procedure.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
