What Could Difficulty To Grip Things In Hand And Stiff Fingers Indicate?

I have been dropping things in my right hand a lot and I have difficulty opening a twist off bottle. Sometimes my ring finger and pinky are stiff when bending. I am a 57 year old woman and I have two cousins with Parkinson s disease. I don t know if what I m describing is a symptom of anything

Onset of Parkinson's or Rheumatoid Arthritis both may show such symptoms. Does it pain? Have you got ESR, Uric acid reports or RA test done. It would further help distinguishing between two online. Clinically better understanding could have been done.
