Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
Tenovate or clobetasol is one of the most potent steroids available and even dermatologists advise its use over face occassionally and quite cautiously. You have used it for six years. Such prolonged use of steroid can lead to redness, dryness, thin skin, thread veins and eruption of acne. Steroids should never be used on face unless advised by a dermatologist. The lesions that you are getting right now could be acne lesions. Right now, I would advise that you meet a dermatologist nearby as without looking at your skin, it would be difficult to initiate or prescribe an appropriate treatment. The basic treatment protocol would be to wean you off topcal steroid, treat withdrawal side effects of the same and then start treatment for acne.
Hope this helped
