What Could Constant Stomach Pain With Diarrhea With Little Vomiting Indicate?
I've been having stomach pains constantly for about 2 days, I get the urge to poop and puke. However when I do barely any poop comes out and what does seems to be diarrhea. I have forced myself to throw up in attempt to feel better but the ache continued and only a tiny bit of puke came out.

I really appreciate your concern, most of the time such symptoms could be due to IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome ) and it is the functional kind of disease so try to control your thoughts, on tentative basis condition can be managed with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for four days else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
