What Could Cause Vomiting Sensation In The Morning?

Hi I am 32 year old man. Every day morning, after waking up from bed or doing brushing I hav a tendency for vomit. This is happening only in the morning. While am in bed I didn t feel at all. What will be the reason. I hav a problem for hemi facial spasm. Is this happend due to less blood circulation? Or any other reason will be there.
