What Could Cause Sudden Onset Of Joint Pain?

feelin low weak from inside an my joints are paining too this happend all of a sudden from yeaterday after i got fron my afternoon nap what could be the reason behind that an didnt not fell power in body today mroning after i got from my sleep so could not go to gym for weight traning session .... pls help

I think you overused or overstretched your joints and muscles after the nap. Or perhaps you had a bad position during the nap.

Should take magnesium supplement together with applying analgesic cream locally.

If the symptoms will persist should see your doctor.
