What Could Cause Sudden Dizziness Followed By Vomiting With History Of Having Migraines?

hi Im a 25 year old male who is living in Kuwait at ghe moment. today(10th of april) I suddenly felt dizzy while working) I cpuldnt even stand straight so I sat for a while and I was feeling a bit better. But not fully recovered. so I decided to have my meals. but I vomited soon as I took my meals. I am usually a migrane patient.And was injected in hospital. thats the first day I felt dizzy. and that wad about three weeks ago. but that dizzyness was a rather different feeling. please can you tell me whats wrong with me is it due to the migrane or is it something else please reply me soon.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
You have a known problem of Migraine that is headache. Sudden appearance of vertigo can be due to many reasons like cervical spondilitis, vertebral or carotid artery insufficiency, inner ear semi-circular canal imbalance and problem with the small brain called cerebellum also called as central vertigo.
Vomiting is usually secondary to vertigo.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor and get a reference to the specialist, particularly to the Neurologist for clinical evaluation and examination to advise you MRI and CT combo-study of the brain, mastoids and cervical spine as per the findings and he may refer you to the ENT Specialist if feels so.
Continue your medication for Migraine and the Doctor may give you symptomatic treatment till full diagnosis and plan for management is established.
