What Could Cause Sperm To Become Yellow With Fever And Headaches?

Hi there,
I am 19 year old boy and have been with girlfriend for over a year no other sexual contact with anyone else in this time I have suddenly become ill with a fever, head ache etc and then today my sperm has become yellowish when ejaculating it's almost pee like colour and I'm worried as to what it could be?
No particular pain around genitalia except last week I had a slight burn whilst peeing and was struggling to pee although I had a serious urge to

Thanks for query.

Yellow coloured semn with high grade fever and head ache and other urinary symptoms like burning urination suggests infection of Prostate (Prostatitis).

Get following basic tests done
1) Routine urine test and Urine culture .
2) Semen examination and semen culture

In the mean while start taking antibiotics like combination and Sulphamethoxazole with Trimethoprim (Bactrim) twice daily along with anti inflammatory medicines like Diclofenac twice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Ensure to drink more water.

This should get cured within a week.
