What Could Cause Small Brownish Dots Between The Toes ?

I have a few small brownish dots between two of my toes. They are slightly elevated/bumpy, but i don't feel any itchiness or pain or anything from them at all really. I was just curious what these might be, and do I need to get a cream/medicine for them, or might they go away by themselves?
