I have a sinus itch in the back of my throat and nose for ages now that flares up occasionally and causes sneezing. I am exhausted, depressed, gaining weight because I am so tired I can't move and tend to eat in order to boost energy. My body is very sensitive to cold. It has been like this for a few months
