Hi,I am Dr. Santosh Kondekar (Pediatrician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My daughter had a friend spend the night over the weekend, a 7 year old, and after her bath, i was drying her off when i noticed 2 distinct puncture wounds at the top of the crack of her buttocks. They are not red, swollen or look infected. It looks as if someone to a nail and hammer to put to holes in her skin. Is this medical or should i be concerned about this little girls safety?
Hi, Welcome to Hcm, The problem you mentioned is a very uncommon thing. I appreciate you tried your best to explain the lesion but things like this and especially in area near buttocks, needs to be seen and examined properly before arriving at a diagnosis. So please take your child to a pediatrician at the earliest. Hope your child gets well soon.
