Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it may be the tear of the hymen, and local infection, urinary tract infection, or an S.T.D. like gonnerrhea, or chlamidia.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, cifixime, ornidazole.Diclophenac sodium.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
