What Could Cause Menstrual Irregularity?

I am not having my period. I was due last month but it did not come last month nor this month. I have been sexually active but I have not shown any signs of pregnancy. I have been quite stressed lately and I have engaged in a lot of physical sports that I normaly do not do. I have felt slight stomach sickness.

Stress can cause delay and missed periods. However, it is also important to rule out pregnancy with home pregnancy test.
