What Could Cause Lower Backache And Stomach Ache Along With Vaginal Bleeding?

I had lower back cramps for two days. A day later I woke up and had bled through everything (I thought I just started my period). Since then, for less than a week, I have not had but a drop of blood on any tampons. I woke up today with a very sharp pain in my lower right abdomen and now I just feel sick to my stomach. Any idea what this could be?

Hello,

The pain on right iliac fossa suggestive of appendix inflammation and pain in the stomach area could be due to stomach inflammation.

So you need to be treated symptomatically with pantoprazole like an antacid.
If you have nausea or vomiting complaint with low-grade fever than USG scan should be done to check for appendix inflammation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
