What Could Cause Loss Of Voice?
i was using a daikins solution to irrigate my patients wound on his left leg i use sufficient amount of the solution after few mins. i lost my voice for 3 hours . I drank 2 glasses of water after and get out to get some fresh air it helps . Finally i got my voice back but still hoarse and slight headache. What do you think happen?

It may have caused laryngitis and irritation to your vocal cords. You need to take vocal rest. Drink plenty of fluid. Don't shout or whisper. Avoid taking spicy food. This will decrease your hoarseness.
