hi,
as you r married since 1 and half year but still you are not able to penetrate during intercourse very strange. there is certain reason like sometimes due to wife becomes anxious due to sex and that leads to vaginismus and that lead to unable to penetrate. and it is also possible the size vaginal entry is too small to penetrate. so first of all consult obs and gynecologist and if normal size of vagina then consult psychiatrist for vaginismus .
