What Could Cause Headache?

hello sir; my husband has headache and vertigo while moving his head. Doctor has diagnosed osteophytes due to cervical spondilyties,doctor diagnosed sinus infection too and gave some medicines. but i need to know what should i do at home to get my husband relief. Thanks with regards

If the symptoms are PRIMARILY or ONLY due to moving the head about (such as when he goes from a standing to lying position or rolls over in bed from belly to back, etc.) then, he may have BENIGN PAROXYSMAL VERTIGO (BPPV) more than cervical osteophytes causing the problem. This can be tested by a doctor such as a neurologist and there are exercises for this type of disorder. It is possible that the headaches could be from a sinus infection but this will be more apparent once your husband finishes the antibiotics. Write to www.bit.ly/drdariushsaghafi and I can help you with more questions. If headaches persist with other symptoms then, there probably was no sinus infection to begin with and he may best be seen by a neurologist for reconsideration of what's going on.
