For 4-5 days now i have had a weird headache and in the evenings i get very light headed. I sometimes get occasional tingles in my fingers and what i would call an irregular heart beat every so often. I woke up two nights a go sweating heavily with a heart rate of 124bpm.. I have medical training as a first responder so i know this isnt normal. Any ideas? Thanks Harry
I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.
Your symptoms might be due to "Tension headache / Classic migraine(with pain radiating to fingers & tingling). Migraine headache sometimes present with Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, dizziness & pain radiating to tip of the fingers, tingling etc. I advice you to, 1. To take Analgesics like Naproxen /paracetamol & Triptans 2. Neck massage 3. Relaxation & Stretching exercises. 4. YOGA 5. Caffeine drinks 6. Avoid exposure to light, noise etc
