What Could Cause Fever, Sweating And Dizziness?

Fever was at 99.6 sixteen hours ago i woke up slightly sweaty in the middle of rhe night i've been 98.6-8 so far this morning like one is breaking periodically dizzy when i stand up sometimes sore muscles in my neck and back low energy and a slight cough

Thanks for putting your query up at HealthCareMagic. Fever may occur due to many reasons but most often it occurs due to a viral cause. Weakness or dizziness are not unlikely. Information on your gender and age would have been helpful. As of now I would suggest you to keep the temperature in control by cold sponging and use of paracetamol tablets (available in brandnames like crocin, calpol). If chills and rigors are associated, it is better to get your blood investigated.

Well come to HCM
The symptoms are suggestive of viral infection and this could be best managed with Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day and Tab Domperidone 30 mg three times in day, if the symptoms does not improved even after 4 to 5 days then this would need clinical examination and routine blood work, hope this helps.
