What Could Cause Ear Pain?

My left ear something is in there (ear canal ) I noticed it when my lil boy and I were playing he hit my ear not hard but I had so much pain .when I push on the outside of my ear canal it is very painful I went to my doctor she saw nothing well there is something and don t know what to do because my doctor tells me there is nothing there This has been in my ear for maybe 5 years .Help me doctor I don t think my doctor really cares

Thanks for your query.
The history dates back to 5 years. There is history of trauma also.
In such situations you should consult an ENT Surgeon for clinical evaluation, actual endoscopy of the ENT and treatment accordingly.
There was a chance of perforation of the ear drum , but this heals in 3 weeks.
There is more chance that there is a wax.
