What Could Cause Black Seed Like Things In Feces ?

I have small black seed like things in feces and same when I blow nose. Must be in sinuses also. All started as a rash on arm, thought chigger bites . Sores look like bug bites won t completely heal. I believe there is larvae in skin. This is not scabies. Any ideas? Do I see infectious disease doc !
