What Could Cause A Prolonged Period?
hi doctor i have a period since the last one month
it began on 28th jan and hasnot stopped still. my gynec gave me medince on the 24th fec (zinetac 150mg trenaxa mf 3 times a day). now she is askingme to take regesterone 5mg 3 times a day for 21 days. i have not done a sonography still

Hello madam, your history is incomplete, you did not mention about your age which is very important.yes tranaxemic acid and regestrone are the common drugs prescribed for control of bleeding.Only after a detail history and an examination and if required an ultrasound can the cause of heavy bleeding be diagnosed.
