What Could Cause A Knot On The Spine While Suffering From Stiff Neck?
Hi I ve been having neck stiffness for a few years now. I ve been going to a chiropractor about once a week but seemed like it was not heping the chiropractor diagnosed me with my neck straighting. So I decided to go to a physical therapist to work on back and neck strences. Seems to help with the stiffness but now I m feeling a sorta knot towards the top of my spine. Any idea on what it could be?
