What Could Burning Urination With Painful Urethra Suggest?
Hi. I ve been having a burning sensation when I urinate but is relieved when I drink lots of water. But when I forget to drink water a couple of hours before I urinate, it burns in the urethra near the tip of the penis. Frequency of urination is normal, intake and output is roughly the same. What could be causing this?
You have to rule out urinary tract infection or small stone in urinary tract. For that urine routine microscopic examination and ultrasonography should be done. For UTI, an antibiotic course needs to be given.
Hope this will help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
