What Could Bumps/pimples On Cheek Butt Suggest?

Larger than a quarter hard and tender bump on inner butt cheek away from anas opening. I m confused because there is no red to this bump and it appears to have multiple heads to it like a pimple only with multiple openings in the pores. It s gotten bigger in the last few days. I m even more worried no because I have noticed I have gotten a couple more bumps now away from that large one. Those seem like pimples but I m still worried could they possibly be from this large pimple? What could this be?

Hi there,
You appear to have Folliculitis or a furuncle- that is infection of hair follicles by bacteria. You can take a course of antibiotic after consulting your family physician. Also check for anaemia, blood sugars which may be the causes of lowered immunity. If you are getting repeated episodes of this infection then check for carrier status. That is done by taking a swab from yor nose and throat and doing a culture.
