What Could Bumps Inside The Ear With Dry Blood Suggest?

I am young in my teens and my ear has hurt for about 3 days. My grandma took a look in my ear with a tool and she said my ear drum was shiny(not white and creamy like a normal ear drum) and it had bumps on it. Also she said there was dry blood inside. She said it might of looked like my ear drum was in a knot. I woke up (not laying on the ear that hurt) and found dry blood on the outside rim of the ear that hurt. I don t know what it is.
