What Could Bruises On Forearm And Elbow Indicate?

in the last 24 hours a strange honeycomb bruise has showed up on my forearm.It is about half-way between wrist and elbow, on the outside. The pattern is a rounded rectangle 2 inches wide and 1 inch tall. There is no pain, but it is very visible.Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
you might be having a low platelet count and hence you are developing these bruises.
Get your platelet levels, bleeding and clotting time checked.
Sometimes spontaneous bruising might be associated with dangerous systemic conditions.
I suggest you to get a thorough check up done.
Usually it takes around 2 weeks for the bruise to heal,
you can use oint thrombophobe to get a faster relief.
A photograph would have helped me better.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
