Hi, Your mum had blue face,rolling up of eyes & riger following it. the whole incidence had made you concerned,I can understand it. She has diabetes & high cholesterol.I see possibility of transient ischemic attack with the set of symptoms you describe.High cholesterol & diabetes mostly is followed by high blood pressure-with narrowing of blood vessles supplying to brain. sometimes there is disturbance in blood flow to brain,so it is temporarily deprived of oxygen resulting in loss of consiousnes Riger was reaction to lowered body temperature/preceeding raised temperature. * Please take it as an alarming symptom & get your mother fully investigated for diabetes/blood pressure/full cardiovascular check up,lipid profile,MRI/CTScan for carotid artery.
