Hello

The rolling back of eye followed by unconciousness(not responding and getting limp) can be due to some internal injury in the brain.
The traumatic brain injury may be mild, called concussion in which baby may have symptoms but there is no significant injury in the brain and thus the CT scan may be normal. In moderate to severe form there can be nonhemorrhagic contusion to severe bleeding in the brain.
So rather than giving shower to the baby one should run to the emergency medical room in this condition. A plain CT scan is also indicated as there is history of uprolling of eyeball with loss of conciousness.
I would suggest you to consult a pediatrician for proper evaluation and management.
Regards
