What Could Be The Yellow Line On The Gums In A 19 Month Old?

I ve been very nervous about my daughters teeth. We have been breastfeeding and she is now 19 months old. About a month ago I started noticing very small light yellow lines at her gum line. I kept asking my doctor and she said it was probably plaque billed up. I m sure it s not, we brush and brush. I want to know if this is the start of tooth decay or maybe a receding gum line. The line indents into her teeth, I can fit the tip of my fingernail in it. I m so sad. :(

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The yellow line can be because of the calculus, that is hardened plaque. Once the plaque has become hard, it will form calculus, this cannot be removed by brushing. So consult a pediatric dental surgeon and get it evaluated. You need to get the teeth cleaned once.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
