What Could Be The Treatment For IBS,gastritis And Chronic Dysentery?

Sir, I have been suffering from IBS, Gastritis and Chronic dysentry. I often taken Ciprofloxacin-TZ for my dysentry when it appears, but regularly takes Razo-20.
Can I take Vibact DS for this?
Will it be beneficial for me?
How can I get rid of chronic dysentry symptoms?
