What Could Be The Severe Pain In My Upper Left Shoulder Blade?
I woke up to severe pain in my upper left shoulder blade , not right on the shoulder blade but a bit under, it hurts worse if I bend forward, can not lay on the left side and numbness in the arm just while lying. the pain in radiating some into the shoulder, neck. having anxiety as worried about a heart attack.

From history possibility of having any cardiac ailment is less likely as it has relation with movement at the joint.
If you are elderly then there might be possibility of having peri-artheritis of shoulder or cervical spondilitis is more likely.
Go for x-ray cervical region and left shoulder.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Ok and take care.
