What Could Be The Reason For Sudden Nausea, Losing Balance That Got Better After Bowels ?

Last night my 16 year old daughter suddenly told me she couldn't hear or see very well. She became nauseous and lost her balance and fell to the floor. She was very pale and it took a few minutes before she could get up. She then sued the bathroom and moved her bowels. After she said she felt better. What happened?

most likely it's hypotension and it can be pain she felt down due to decrease be. nausea is also participating factor . if she's okay now no need of further investigations but if she feels the same check her bp pulse and base line investigation
