What Could Be The Reason For Sudden Heaviness And Shaky Arms, Headache, Weak Arms?

all of a sudden my arms feel like I ve been exercising..heavy..weak shaky like....this has happened a couple of times but then it was my right arm only...today it was scary. Both arms..my head began to hurt to...but briefly...my husband took my bp 133/67...that was five min. ago..my head doesn t hurt. but my arms still feel weak. I had a stress test at the cardiologist s last month and have a follow up in Feb. I feel they would have contacted me if a problem had been found; HOWEVER...this is troubling. Help

Are you just feeling weakness or having difficulty in lifting objects. These weakness can be due to lack of vitamin b 12 or lack of salt and calcium in body. Are you taking any medication for any other disease. I would you to start taking calcium and vitamin b 12 tablets. Take salt and glucose in diet. I hope this will settle the issue. If not than contact your physician.
