What Could Be The Reason For Sudden Fatigue, Low Appetite, Disorientation And Headache In A Child?

My 5 year old is usually very active we can never get him to sit still and for maybe the past week and a half he hardly wants to do anything and saying he doesn't want to eat and when he does eat it's not a lot also saying he has a headache and now this week he has been coming home with a low fever and extremely tired and disoriented motirne helps some what but I don't want to keep giving it to him to give a little energy back please help
