Hi,
The bleeding in between two periods (3-4 dayspost menstrual ) ) may be-
Ovulation bleeding.
Hormonal imbalance
Stress, cervical polyp,uterine fibroid,
Infection.
Since the bleeding has already stopped, it does not need any medication right now.
But from prevention point of view in future, you should get a gynecological check up to find the cause & get treated accordingly after needful investigations.
Thanks.
