What Could Be The Reason For Painful Sensation On My Last Three Right Foot Toes?

Okay the last three toes on my right foot sometimes get a very painful sensation as though they are on fire. They don't look swollen or red maybe a bit curled (could be my imagination on the curling.) I once tied a skin tag off and it hurts like that.

I would ask you to perform a simple test, that is first walk few steps on your toes
and then do the same while on your heels.If you are able to perform and your blood sugar level is normal,then i would suspect Morton's neuroma,please discuss with you doctor.
