What Could Be The Reason For Pain And Swelling In My Right Side Of The Head, Abdomen And Irregular Periods?

hi, i have very much pain in my right head up of the ear and right abdomen pain .my right sight body is also swelling. i have thyroid and multiple gallblader stone also.my mencus does not becomes without taking medicine.what can be the reason for these symptoms .please tell me.

Your right abdominal pain is because of the gallbladder stone. If your thyroid gland is not functioning well, it can cause headache also.
