Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

You have complaint of pain after and during urination...
So having dysuria ....
So it is suggestive of acute urinary infection most likely ...

Investigate with urine routine microscopic examination ..
It will show pus cells in urine and bacteria if UTI present ....
Acute urethritis, prostatitis , cystitis like differential diagnosis also has to be ruled out if suspected. ..

The treatment is with full course of antibiotic for 10 to14 days ...

Drink more water ..

Excess spicy foods avoided. .

Cranberry juice , orange juices helpful in your case ....

If antibiotic not working than further work up done with USG and urine culture ..

Advise : nephrologist consultation

Take care
