What Could Be The Reason For Having Missed My Periods For About 3 Months?

i periods have been irregular from the very start...but recently i have missed my periods for about 3 months..i m not pregnant..plz hlp.me...m so tensed.
i have missed my periods for about 3 months now...n its starting to scare me...whats wrong with me? i have irregular periods since the beginning..n m not pregnant. my age is 20yrs n my recent wt is 53kg

You need to always exclude pregnancy first, then an ultrasound examination of whole abdomen will be required, with hormonal test to confirm diagnosis.
