What Could Be The Reason For Having A Pressure On The Front Of My Head?
I am struggling on a morning to get up for roughly 1h30min without going back to sleep. I have a pressure on the front of my head and sometimes feel stuffy but just can't manage to get up. It takes me a while every morning to get over it and has lasted 3 weeks
Hi. Thanks for bringing your question to HealthCareMagic.com. I can't really give you a diagnosis without actually examining you. But the symptoms sound very suspiciously like you have a Sinus infection.
The frontal sinus is in the front of your head and if it gets stuffed up, then you get pressure and pain in the front of your head.
A good GP and an X-ray can prove the diagnosis for you. But before you go to the doctor one quick trick you can do to try and 'unstuff' yourself is to do Steam inhalation.
There are lots of ways to do it. I just boil a big pot of water and keep a towel over my head and breath in the steam. Works like magic for my sinuses in the winter.
Hope this helps. Feel free to follow up with me on HealthCareMagic.com for this or any other question.
