What Could Be The Reason For Getting A Tight Chest?

I haven t been feeling myself for quite a while now I keep getting a really tight chest and feel like my breathing is going funny. I also feel like ongoing to faint when this happens. I have woken up a few times in the past feeling like I can t breath and jump out of bed and walk round to get my breath back. My life isn t normal with this I know something is wrong.
